Permanently moored at the Wharf in Renmark, The Murray River Queen is one of the largest Paddle Boats on the river and has been converted into an oasis for rest and relaxation. This unique and beautiful boat delivers the peace and serenity of the river but is just steps away from the historic town centre filled with great restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Lovingly Restored Under New Management
Built in 1974, The Murray River Queen has been lovingly brought back to life by the new owner Donna Neale. It boasts 7 stunning river view rooms, 2 river view suites (family suites) and 2 beautifully appointed riverbank rooms. Set over 3 levels, The Murray River Queen has an onboard café (closed until further notice), large function room available for private hire and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the wonderful views whilst onboard.
Holiday in Renmark At Your Pace
Life is too short not to enjoy a great holiday, so we want to make your stay with us relaxed and easy. Whilst there’s plenty to see and do around Renmark and the Riverland, you can happily while away the hours on the boat, relaxing on your leisure deck, chilling at the rooftop retreat or simply enjoying the delicious food and treats at the many local cafe's within walking distance.
Modern Well-Appointed, Riverfront Hotel In Renmark
Ideal for couples, our river view or bankside accommodations are beautifully appointed double rooms. They come complete with king, queen or twin beds (different rooms have different configurations), ensuite bathroom and outdoor leisure deck complete with café style chairs and table.
Couples or Families
For families, groups or an extra special romantic getaway, we have 2 luxury river view suites located on the top deck that sleep 4 people. The ‘Serenity Suite’ has an extended bathroom complete with a corner Spa. Check out our accommodation page for full details
Eat, Drink, Relax
With plenty of great eateries just minutes away from the boat, you’ll never be stuck for choice. Alternatively, if you prefer a cosy evening in, then why not order a takeaway and enjoy your food whilst taking in the glorious views from the rooftop retreat. We provide coffee & tea and glasses in every room, along with a microwave and bar fridge which you can fill with your favourite snacks and drinks.
Roof Top Retreat
The views on the top deck are not to be missed so we have a large rooftop retreat where you can sit and enjoy a drink or picnic or just take in the amazing sunsets. Whilst we are currently applying for a liquor license, you are welcome to bring your own food, drink or takeaway to enjoy at the rooftop retreat.

With so much to see and do in Renmark, there really is something for everyone. It’s a haven for foodies with vineyards, distilleries, a brewery and plenty of delicious eateries and cafes. There are lots of gorgeous outdoor spaces along with parks for the little ones. Plus, with nearby water sports, the option to take a relaxing river cruise or visit the quaint towns nearby you’ll quickly see why the Riverland is one of South Australia’s favourite tourist spots.
